Yiruo Furniture successfully won the bid for the dormitory bed project of Guangzhou City Construction Vocational College and delivered more than 6,000 beds with high quality!
With the continuous upgrading of educational infrastructure, improving the student dormitory environment has become an important part of enhancing the quality of campus life. Yiruo Furniture, with its superior product quality, scientific spatial design solutions, and rich experience in campus projects, successfully won the bid for the dormitory furniture procurement project of Guangzhou City Construction Vocational College, undertaking the planning, production, and installation of more than 6,000 student beds.
After winning the bid, the project team quickly formed a dedicated working group to conduct on-site surveys on campus and comprehensively analyze the dormitory structure and usage needs. The design team, taking into account student behavior and campus management requirements, proposed a bed layout scheme that integrates safety, practicality, and space efficiency, laying the foundation for the project's high-standard implementation.
In the manufacturing process, we strictly select SPCC cold-rolled steel as the main material, with 1.2mm thickened plates ensuring the overall sturdiness and long-term durability of the bed frame, and a single unit load-bearing capacity of 500kg. Through precision cutting, CNC bending, and automated welding processes, we ensure that each bed has a rigorous structure, uniform weld points, and a smooth surface, free of burrs and defects. All products are manufactured according to plan and transported to designated areas within the school in an orderly manner.
Despite the incomplete road construction in the dormitory area, the installation team overcame difficulties and made scientific arrangements to advance the assembly work with standardized procedures, ensuring that the beds were installed firmly and in precise positions so as not to affect students' accommodation when they enroll in the fall semester.
The beds in the Yiruo student dormitory are not only made of solid and reliable materials, but also reflect humanistic care in the design details: the raised guardrails enhance sleep safety, the reinforced bed board ensures that it will not deform after long-term use, and the rounded corners, anti-collision and anti-slip foot pedals further protect the safety of students in daily use.
