Customization Process
If the customer has a drawing, including dimensions, materials, and special requirements, we can manufacture according to the drawing.
If the customer does not have a drawing but has a sample, they need to send the sample to our engineers, who will then measure the dimensions and create a drawing. We will then manufacture the sample according to the drawing. Our engineers will measure the sample dimensions and test hardness, among other things, to ensure quality. We will then send the sample to the customer for review. Once the sample is confirmed, we will begin mass production.
